Great place first time in Tulum love it

The staff was friendly and the rooms where clean. Also the prices are more then reasonable. The only downside was that they didn't have a bar or so you had to go to the nearby store for some extra water.

Wonderful accomodations, excellent price, and the absolute best staff I've experienced in a hotel. Secure and convenient.

We are writing this review due to hurricane Delta. This is more for the hospitality, than the hotel. We were basically kicked out on the street from our luxury beach hotel and ended up here. The guy at the front (wish I knew his name) was so helpful and understanding. We just needed a safe room to stay in. He told us there would be no wifi or amenities during our stay. Also it was only $40 US so we didn't complain. We had spend a ton already on cab rides trying to find a hotel. The room was fine. Everything was clean and the shower was hot. No TV. Forced my husband and I to play games and just chat. Which I loved :) We talked to the front desk guy a lot about what we should do and had him answer all the question we had. We had a lot! He helped us with everyone of them. Also showed us this little market that was about a block away that you could find some drinks and snacks. Thank you Muyu Tulum for providing us shelter when our hotel let us down. Your kindness goes very far.

Great! The service is outstanding and is super helpful ! Entire hotel is clean and the air conditioner works very well ! The pool is super refreshing and is so great for chilling after a hot day. I just can repeat that the personal was great ! It’s also possible to rent some bikes !

Great Hotel, nice Stuff. Diego from the reception is outstanding! The cleanliness, design and security are very good. In this Category and area I would expect a fridge in the rooms, especially because there is no bar or dinner service on side. But it's located perfectly for any travelers who want to enjoy Tulum by feet. Bars, shops of the city center and even the gas station are just in walking distance. But be aware that during night time it might be a little dangerous in that area, so don't stroll around alone. (a good tip in general in Tulum). It's perfect for couples, groups of friends and business travelers.

Was an enjoyable reasonably-priced stop off. The rooms are clean and they all have a balcony. Their is a small pool for a refreshing dip. The breakfast was adequate (fresh fruit, toast and coffee). I would stay here again. ?
