- A terrible smell comes from the shower
- no bikes, it’s a lie
- the breakfast orange juice is mixed with water
- I ask for fix the toilet smell and hotel service persone get into my room when I was taking a shower.
- the gym is a bathroom size place where only one person fit
- cold tables that makes imposible to work on it
- prepare to walk 4 floors of stairs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m surprised no one has mentioned that the building, while beautiful, is built like a large, echo-y gymnasium. All the doors look out onto the lobby and we heard the reception staff talking all night — it’s very noisy. I hoped it would quiet down past midnight on a Monday, but we woke up multiple times to loud voices downstairs that carried all the way up to the 4th floor.
Cleanliness and comfort were good otherwise, though the room did get pretty hot without ventilation, even in October.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The accommodation location is perfect for walking distance tourist sightseeing. Very close to the train station Sevilla and buses. The breakfast is good but is so repetitive they must have more variety. The staff is very helpful and respectful. Other than that we recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is beautiful. Oh, I love the look of this hotel. The common areas feel so good with the trees. The bellhop in the evening is absolutely wonderful. An older gentleman, who is kind and extremely helpful. Very hard worker. Warning ⚠️ there is no air conditioning in these rooms and they do not have handicap accessible rooms or ramps. Be careful when walking into the room there was a step in ours and my sister hurt herself pretty badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super affordable place to stay in a great location near Roma Norte and Condesa. Rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff was always helpful and friendly, and the courtyard was a beautiful place to hang out or work. (I booked through the hotel's website itself and got the best deal I found online as well as free breakfast.) The only downside (as I saw from some other reviewers as well) was that sound carries in the central courtyard, and if people are being loud, it might wake you up. (I blame this moreso on the loud guests rather than the hotel itself, but worth noting if you're a light sleeper.) In all, I would definitely recommend this spot to people or stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is let down by very poor ventilation inside the rooms. The quality of bed, bathroom and everything else is great. But I had to reject the first two rooms I was offered. The first was stiflingly hot (on top floor with no fan or AC), the second on the ground floor was damp and smelled of drains.. Eventually the third was bigger and slightly less smelly, though stinking of air freshener.
But essentially there is one tiny window to ventilate the room, which is covered be a curtain. Choose between privacy or very little ventilation, not a great choice to have to make.
Staff, location, breakfast - all fine. But this hotel suffers a design flaw that can't be overcome.
