★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was clean. Walls were a bit thin so I could hear guests in their rooms talking. It is in walking distance from a nice mercado and down the street from a park. Be advised: options for international foods are limited on food delivery apps in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place but with many flaws. No WiFi signal in rooms and also in common areas it keep loosing connectivity. Vending Machine does not have coffee option after breakfast is over. When we reached hotel no one bothered to help us to take our luggage to room. Not much choice of food (for delivery) for international travelers. No help from staff to order food from outside . Most of the time Hotel staff find it hard to understand English, have to use Google translator to let then know. Good place but if you are hosting international travellers you must know universal language i.e English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean. It is perfect for the price. We booked on Airbnb. The walls are thin and we could here people talk from outside during the day, but had no problem at night. The hotel is not in the centro, so if you visit Mexico city to visit the Centro, you can get a hotel closer for the same price. But this one is super close to the airport, so that is also a plus.

Room was clean.
Staff well mannered
Jacuzzi worked perfectly fine, but the jets are too loud it makes too much noise. If you are trying to relax is better to have it off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my boyfriend stayed at the hotel MX Congreso for 2 nights right after we arrived in Mexico City. The staff was great, they let us check-in earlier and were really helpful throughout our entire stay. The room we had was very big and clean. Especially for the low price we paid, we were very satisfied. We would stay here again if we come back to Mexico City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't like how the receptionist treated me, I had a reservation and asked for luggage hold. The receptionist questioned, as if I didnt have one, I didn't like the customer service overall. I didn't like the room, I only found one outlet in the room, I didn't like the quality of the towels, and you can hear the hallways and the rooms noise pretty loudly. Personally I will never stay here again in my life nor the hotels in this line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok hotel but the pictures are misleading. Had a reservation for the unrefurbished rooms so asked if I could pay for an upgrade which I did. The upgraded rooms are not like in the pictures and they have definitely cut corners. The shower pressure was terrible in the room and the halls are noisy with doors slamming. There is nothing in the area and the hotel seems out of place. Ok for a night.but don't expect too much.
