I will share the experience with my friends and next time will also visit .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst room ever. They gave me a room where the air conditioner didn't work and the room doesn't have windows!!!.
They just added a fan but it was not enough, the wheather was too hot inside the room.
Additionally the wifi is terrible.
Think twice if you are going to stay in this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ as a foreigner used to higher brand hotels. i took a gamble on this one because the rest were over priced and it is by far one of best ones i’ve had in Mexico city. Service is great, rooms modern and clean and the check in is by far the best one. straight to the point and no gimmicks. will use this one as my go to hotel in cdmx now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel, nice and clean interiors, great surroundings located close to a grand mall and Buenavista Station with easy access to buses and cabs. Nice people as well. Only negative is except for few, most of the staff at the hotel does not know English which makes it difficult if one does not know Spanish. Also, the glass windows inside the room are not transparent and doesn't provide an outside view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They desire all the star they get. Their place is really clean, the front desk personnels were helpful and nice. They serve complimentary breakfast with room booking and they have bar service. Located in the center of mexico city with everything in close distant. Food, entertainment, mall, bus station and train etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great hotel! I can't believe how cheap it was and how clean and new-looking it is, I just ordered a hamburger on room service for only $6 USD and it was Chili's quality! I'm definitely coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is located near the Forum Mall and public transportation is at across the street. Excelent location and great customer service from the front desk. The price of the stay includes you breakfast . They also had coffee or tea available at no extra cost at all times in the eating area. The beds and room were well maintained and the room was spacious.
