My first room had no windows. The room what moving was much better. Overall I would consider this hotel more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star hotel.

Decent hotel, value for money, friendly and kind staff, paid for breakfast was not great though, better breakfast selection downstairs with additional cost, excellent location and you can find everything by walking distance

Cheap and well located. Too close to the "night clubs" so a lot of music and druck people speaking at night. Service and cleaning can improve.

Very nice and friend staff, Joel was very helpful. Everything is very clean and organized. Very good stay for a good price.

Really enjoyed staying here. Price was really affordable, internet, and breakfast was all included! Joel from the front desk was really kind and helpful. This hotel is located closed to everything you need. A little loud. If you are sensitive to noise while you sleep, this might not be your place.

I give two stars just because of the location that is good and the price that is low; all the rest is really bad. The first night we get a room in first floor, there was a noise (like a bip bip ring) that was a fire alarm that they couldn’t stop, it’s a security sound that needs to be activated so we listen in the room always. Moreover, if that noise was not annoying enough, the windows had a terrible isolation so we listened all the street sounds (cars, ambulances, police, drunk people…) all night - conclusion: IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP AT ALL. We tried to change the room but in the reception they tould us that in that night they didn’t have more rooms available. We moved for the second floor in the second night (for a room standard even when we paid for a suite, but at this point we just wanted to have a good night of sleep). But this second from was oriented for the main road and the widows, once again, didn’t absorve the sounds. A Saturday night we all the possible sounds that you can imagine on the streets and listened all at the room…. Conclusion: the worsts nights we had ever. This hotel could be very nice if they change the windows, the location is good, the hotel is recent, the service is okay…but we all this noise, if guests can’t sleep, this is not an hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I usually book smaller hotels when traveling solo since they keep an eye out for you and I like to give my business to more local small businesses. This was a huge mistake with the MX Reforma. The hotel was fine but the sheets had some spots on them which I overlooked until my entire room shook at almost midnight. I thought it was a small earthquake at first and then opened the hall door to hear an insanely loud club next door which I assume is where the shaking came from. On top of this, the elevator bypassed the front desk on the first floor and anyone from the street could go all the way up to the floor you were staying on. The room also had one flimsy lock and that was it. I didn’t feel safe so I tried to check out and said I would pay for the first night, which they agreed to, but I’ve now been fighting for a refund since. They keep blaming hotels.com but I paid at the property directly so it’s nonsense. Don’t stay here!!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE First of all the entrance to the hotel is very dingy and different to a normal hotel entrance. After that, you are greeted by the fact the hotel is next to a club banging music extremely loud till 4 am in the morning. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A HOTEL NEXT TO A CLUB WHERE YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING ON EVERY FLOOR? The staff is useless and their response is “we are sorry but the noise is never like this” How can you say that being next to a club??? This is utterly laughable, and you are clearly misleading customers by not including this information on your listing. We were given a “suite upgrade” which means we stayed on the 4th floor next to the gym and the breakfast area that is basically connected to the same terrace club floor. ie. They’ve clearly run out of rooms and given us the worst room in the hotel. The music was loud till 4 am with people shouting, screaming and yelling, the terrace starts to be open at 7 am or earlier to “prepare for breakfast” having a room in front of it (sadly ours) you can hear people in and out smashing plates and yelling to each other. Who thought having rooms next to where you prepare food is a SMART idea. As for the room itself, it was pathetic. Uncomfortable beds, very odd open plan bathroom with glass walls (I cannot understand who thought that was a good idea), no hand sanitiser, and to top it off just throw in half a roll of toilet paper. This is all despite the laughable location of the hotel. Avoid this hotel at all costs cause you will get disappointed and suffer the pain of a bad service, with no rest and no sleep. This place is a joke. If we could rate it zero we would, but unfortunately the lowest is one star and it barely deserves that.
