1-clean, our room was impeccable!
2 the staff is super friendly and honest I left my earing there after we left and they had it ready for me to pick up.
3- the food was delicious and you have options for breakfast.
4- the vibes were super friendly and we truly enjoyed our stay.
Can't wait to come back.
I have stayed at other hotels where you leave your stuff and they never return anything so this deserves many stars. For the people complaining about no AC ? y'all are hilarious it's Mexico city they have wonderful weather here! We open the window of it gets hot and close it if it gets cold. All you need is your hands. Y'all want to pay $40 a night but get 5 star hotel. Take your complaints somewhere else and stop being cheap the Hilton is across the street. You can always stop being cheap and stay there. You can certainly tell who hasn't been to Mexico?? with such complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware.It is located in an alleyway with homeless sleeping right by the door. The walls are made of paper you will hear everything from the halls. There is no air conditioning.If you sleep hot, you are in for an uncomfortable ordeal.The elevator is a death trap. It fits one person and suitcase. Don't get me started on the size of the room and the rock hard mattress. Do yourself a favor.... spend your money elsewhere. It really isn't worth it. Thank me later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is clean, breakfast is good and the staff there is amazing. The front desk is really helpful. But the beds are so hard that i woke up eith back pain and soreness. Like this is a great location hotel near evrything but i cant rest. I want to believe that only the bed that i got was hard. Good luck ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel has amazing position in the center and it is clean, the room is modern and stuff is very kind and helpful. You can use fitness, hairdryer and 24/7 coffee machine for free. The only bad thing is the brakefast, every day the same. So if you stay more nights bether go to brakefat in to the street coffeeterias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this place as a group, my organization booked this place for us. It was really horrible. The rooms are really hot, no AC, the staffs are not trying to help, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude, she unfairly pinned various normal usage thing on us, and did not provide proof or receipt for repair or replacement.
Finally she took our luggage and stuffs as hostages to force us to pay a fee of 2000 pesos out of nowhere.
She claimed various damages and had no proof of it. She followed us on the street like a crazy and pushed and hit me.
Her job is to scam tourists like that, just another form of abuse and capitalism distilled in this horrible place hostel zócalo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are clean, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast is better than most... I was in a room same side as the entrance. It was difficult to sleep because of the loud music being played by the business across the alley. Otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars from me. Thanks.

However for my 5 night stay there was a fire alarm with a dead battery emitting a piercing beep every 30 seconds or so 24 hours a day despite me bringing it to the staff's attention multiple times. Should have been something they fixed themselves as it was clearly audible from the front desk and throughout the hotel.
