L	Luis Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue el primer hotel al.que llegue hace como aproximadamente 10 años y su atención fue muy buena y excelente además de que es un buen lugar para descansar y tener contacto con la naturaleza que es lo que más importa en un viaje ( el volver a conectarnos con nuestro entorno natural y su su fauna. Si pudiera volvería a ospedarme hay de nuevo It was the first hotel I arrived at about 10 years ago and their attention was very good and excellent, as well as being a good place to rest and have contact with nature, which is what matters most on a trip (reconnecting with our natural environment and its fauna. If I could I would stay there again
A	Alejandro Navarro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para hospedarse , precios muy accesibles sus habitaciones son sencillas pero cuentan con lo necesario y están muy limpias, cocula es un pueblo muy bonito para conocer muy recomendable It is a good place to stay, very affordable prices, its rooms are simple but have what is necessary and are very clean, Cocula is a very nice town to visit, highly recommended

Llegamos mi esposa y yo al hotel como a las 12:05 el miercoles 18-05-22 después de viajar desde Tula,hidalgo,pagué con la tarjeta por el cuarto y di 200 pesos en efectivo por el depósito. Después nos dirigimos a la habitación ¡ oh sorpresa ! había cucarachas por las paredes,piso,cama...por todas partes. Regresamos a la administración para reclamar nuestro dinero. Nos regresaron los 200 pesos pero lo que pagué con la tarjeta no me lo regresaron. I know that if I don't have anything good to say about someone, I won't say it, but this time, for everyone's sake, I will. My wife and I arrived at the hotel around 12:05 on Wednesday 05-18-22 after traveling from Tula, Hidalgo, I paid with the card for the room and gave 200 pesos in cash for the deposit. Then we went to the room, oh surprise! There were cockroaches on the walls, floor, bed...everywhere. We return to the administration to claim our money. They returned the 200 pesos to us but what I paid with the card was not returned to me.

Literalmente es para pasar la noche si vas de paso y no hay otra opción. Los colchones ya requieren renovación están muy incómodos. Esto en base el costo del lugar, si fuera un costo más económico pues entendería las condiciones. The hotel requires improvements in its facilities, the rooms are very basic, only the beds and the bathroom. It is literally to spend the night if you are passing through and there is no other option. The mattresses already require renovation are very uncomfortable. This based on the cost of the place, if it were a cheaper cost, then I would understand the conditions.

A	Adolfo Barajas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel doesn't have WiFi as advertised, beds were rock hard, no shampoo at the bathroom, TV was impossible to watch, no A/C, you could hear clearly your neighbors, water was barely warm. Worst experience ever.
