★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location with friendly staff. A lot of restaurants in the area and their is a Starbucks downstairs. Rooms are nice and cozy. I wish I could stayed there a bit longer.

The floors were quite cold although the temperatures were not too cold and it was almost impossible to control the aircon, so we switched it off ?♂️
All over - the price is ok for a nice ok hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant stay at this hotel. Staffs are very reluctant to clean up your room even being reminded many times during the day.
Location is at the center but this is also the disadvantage for taking a taxi in and out to the tourists places. Too much traffics, and taxi driver may drop you down 10mins away ( by car).
The good rating I have to vote to the staffs at the restaurant, be fare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a really great value for your money. The rooms, though on the smaller side, had everything you need. Shower had amazing water pressure, room was kept very clean and in good condition. The lobby staff is very friendly and someone was always present at all hours. There is a lobby bar, room service available, and even an internal connection to the local Starbucks. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a moderately priced place to stay in Centro Histórico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not recommend. Food was horrible we ended up getting sick. Customer service in general was poor. Rooms didn’t have heating only air conditioning. No Kleenex, we used toilet paper to serve the purpose. I was not expecting such a low quality breakfast. Breads were old and cold. Their food warners were probably bad. Everything was cold, beans vegetables even coffee we had to fight a battle to get hot coffee every morning. Honestly all this discomfort sort of added bad flavor to our trip. I suggest to please stick to renowned hotel chains when traveling to any of these countries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love NH Hotels, first stay was in Spain and had to stay here in Mexico. The room quality is awesome, great amenities, style and decor is better quality than Marriott! Enjoyed the breakfast and quality service! Will highly recommend this hotel. The location is great, thought it would be loud but the hotel has thick windows, centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for two weeks (most of which we had to isolate) and really enjoyed our time. The staff were very kind and accommodating to all our requests. Food from the restaurant is delicious. And the rooms were very clean and modern. Would gladly stay again if we come back to the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for a buck! Staff is very helpful and professional. Rooms are clean and good sized. LOCATION!!! I strongly recommend to get breakfast included in your reservation since they have a nice set up upstairs, various options for food and drinks (including freshly squeezed juices and mimosas ?).
