★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loudest place in tulum. Construction starts at 8am sharp and it’s right up against your wall, not a exaggeration. Literally dust falling off the walls from them hammering on them is what woke me up everyday right at 8am, tried earplugs and earphones together, still too loud for even that to block out just to give you an idea. I decided to put this up as a warning since there is no mention of it anywhere else. no hot water, power goes out sometimes, WiFi goes out every few minutes. But mostly the sound of people litterally jack hammering on your walls to wake you up everyday is extremely obnoxious. I paid to sleep here and I can’t even do that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been more dissapointed, hotel owner is extremely rude and God forbid you have any complain because you will be treated with no respect and get talked over. I have talked and tried to raise my concern about the safety of their showers as they are basically falling off the wall! Her response was very rude and very alarming as she raised her voice and said " If nothing fell on your head yet then its safe, I have enough of complains". If being helpfull and speaking about anything that could potentially be unsafe is considered an annoying then I think it speaks loudly about the conditions this hotel is in. Acceptable of 1 night but I wouldnt recommed staying here any longer than 1 night
