★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia del "MEJOR" Hotel de tierra blanca, no se acerca ni por mucho algún hotel de 4 estrellas, se aprovechan que son de los pocos servicios de hoteleria en "CALIDAD" que hay en esa ciudad y peor aún es su servicio en todos los aspectos, desde la mala atención, la encargada que se encuentra actualmente es una grosera con los clientes y con sus empleados peor... En limpieza y hasta sus habitaciones dejan mucho que desear...
FATAL el servicio en ese hotel para lo COSTOSO que es, además se dejan los autos en pésimas condiciones en su "GRAN" estacionamiento que no está techado del todo...
 Terrible experience of the "BEST" Hotel in Tierra Blanca, no 4-star hotel is even close, they take advantage of the fact that they are one of the few "QUALITY" hotel services that exist in that city and even worse is their service in all the aspects, from the bad attention, the manager who is currently rude with the clients and with her employees worse... In cleaning and even her rooms leave much to be desired...
FATAL the service in that hotel for how EXPENSIVE it is, in addition the cars are left in terrible conditions in its "GREAT" parking lot that is not covered at all...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general, las habitaciones están bonitas sin embargo, en la primera ocasión me tocó una donde las lámparas de la cabecera no servían y el control tampoco. Para los que nos gusta bañarnos con agua "caliente", el agua en sí sale "tibia". Si vas y pides factura, te tardan en llegar, tiene uno que solicitarlas varias veces.
In general, the rooms are nice however, on the first occasion I got one where the bedside lamps did not work and the control did not work either. For those of us who like to bathe in "hot" water, the water itself comes out "lukewarm." If you go and ask for an invoice, they take time to arrive, you have to request them several times.
