★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels in Chetumal for an affordable price. Very friendly staff, and super comfortable beds and sheets, ac, hot n cold shower, and blackout curtains. N how could i forget the beautiful sea view in the morning? Perfect sunrise view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was very clean, bed was good, no to much for pillows, you have ocean view regardless the room you get, and very inexpensive for its location.
The restaurant it has super awesome service, and great food and great prices!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is terrific, right across from the water, and just a few minutes walk to the clock Tower and much of downtown. The rooms have two beds and can be tight if you have more than two people. Unfortunately the pool is closed right now which is sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad place. My hot water didn't work well, and only got slightly warm, which sucked. Also there wasn't an elevator, and the parking lot was not gated, which made me feel a little insecure leaving my motorcycle there. It is waterfront, but on the bay, and it is actually across the street from the water, certainly not a place to swim. The pool was small but nice. Service was decent. It was a bit pricey and the restaurant closed early. There was also a loud bar in the area and a party bus blasting music that kept driving back and forth until 1AM.
All in all, I would say it wasn't bad, but there are probably better options. It worked out for my one night stay, buy I wouldn't pick it for a vacation.
The staff was friendly and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are nice, our view was of the water. It is positioned across the stree from the docks and near government buildings. We parked our car in their lot.There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. The Restaurant was nice and had great food. The town was inviting and has a street fair in the evening along the river front. We felt comfortable enough to walk to the fair and enjoyed the evening with many local families who can out to have fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - We checked in as a family of four, and then were told they don’t provide towels for children. That irritated me to no end. What terrible hospitality!
+ the BAY VIEW is well worth the extra few bucks, especially if you’re awake at sunrise. The room was clean and sufficient, the reception friendly (she seemed apologetic when explaining that her boss had reprimanded her for giving children towels).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has a nice location and is adjacent a decent restaurant. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The building has some esthetic issues that are common with tropical locations. I would stay here again.
