Ni siquiera pidió disculpas. Era para un rembolso, por el chingado susto que me lleve. Otro problema, no llevan registro de que habitaciones están ocupadas y desocupadas. Además, permite que la gente tome y fumen en los pasillos. También no hay agua caliente y hay poca agua, y lo peor de todo, que el personal cuando recibió la queja, se empezaron a burlarse de uno y no resuelven el problema. No es un lugar seguro ni limpio, ya que hay cucarachas. No es recomendable. Pésimo servicio con un buen de ruido.
