Además no hacen cancelaciones por las habitaciones, y encima te cobran la comisión por pagar con tarjeta, son poco claras al inicio, no saber dar la atención adecuada al cliente, y no tienen estacionamiento, los baños son muy pequeños. Yo si tuve inconvenientes y estuve muy a disgusto con este hotel, quise hacer cancelación y no me dejaron cancelar ya que su solución fue no devolver el dinero, porque tampoco manejan penalización lo cual es lo normal, prácticamente me obligaron a quedarme en su hotel. Para mí fue una pésima atención. It is central, but very overrated, it is zero common that they charge you for people and not for the room beds first. In addition they do not make cancellations for the rooms, and on top of that they charge you the commission for paying with a card, they are unclear at the beginning, they do not know how to give adequate customer service, and they do not have parking, the bathrooms are very small. I did have inconveniences and I was very upset with this hotel, I wanted to cancel and they did not let me cancel since their solution was not to return the money, because they do not handle penalties either, which is normal, they practically forced me to stay at their hotel. For me it was a terrible service.

Habitacion con agua caliente, alfombrada, tv y cable; el baño si es chico pero te mueves sin problemas, buena atencion del personal y muy amables..no cuenta con estacionamiento pero hay uno a 2 cuadras hacia abajo de ahi..asi ke primero deja el carro y despues te regresas caminando al hotel..fui solo y gaste $400 por 1 noche. Nice hotel located just off the main square. Room with hot water, carpeted, tv and cable; the bathroom is small but you move without problems, good attention from the staff and very friendly... it does not have a parking lot but there is one 2 blocks down from there... so first leave the car and then you walk back to the hotel. .went alone and spent $400 for 1 night.
