For reasons of work I have frequented the hotel so I will relate my visits and you make criticism. -1st visit: simple room ... 250 had good space, apparently clean and although we know it is a decent hotel, faults: the bathroom shower was broken to the point that it looked like a waterfall and tartar in the toilets . -2a visit: Starting at the reception there was no one ... I was asked for an extra cost of 100 pesos for the TV and cable controls; thing that does not pay because it makes me ridiculous and although I know that it is protocol in some hotels and the money is returned, it does not seem like something ethical. the simple room that had been assigned to me for 250 pesos was not clean, it could be seen that other guests had been in it (papers in the baskets, empty water, unattended bed etc ... I did not want to find out more obvious) I obviously asked for it to be assigned another room, which had no windows ... something inhuman if you ask me, very small and not very comfortable beds ... A little attention to the client and to the bedrooms would not hurt at all, next Sunday I will go and write the details of the 3rd visit with great details and photos.

This hotel has a good service in the bathrooms, in addition to the beds being comfortable, they also have cable and their prices per room are affordable

For my part, I give it less than 5 stars due to the bad experience I had with the arrogant, haughty, pedantic and rude receptionist, they do not know how to give good customer service, I do not understand why they put people to serve without empathy, rude in my opinion. I had planned to stay several nights, but with one day I left enough not to leave a peso in that hotel again due to the lack of empathy of its receptionist and the way in which he makes fun of the client when he is made aware of some nonconformity.

It is comfortable and very quiet I give it 4 stars because the television equipment was not active the rooms are simple, but clean, in general I consider it to be a good place to spend the weekend, accessible, central and you can find rooms from $300, $360 , $400 and $480 x 24 HRS. The lady at the reception very friendly, it seems that she is not but in reality she is very friendly, I recommend it if I would return when the occasion is.
