★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were a little worried when we were driving in because it’s a little secluded and it’s at the end of a dirt road, but it was great. The room was clean and air conditioned, and very stylish. There’s a nice pool and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The setting in the jungle also gives it a unique atmosphere.

Very clean, staff is friendly breakfast delicious.
Can hear frogs and birds ! Which is lovely.
Restaurant is beautiful - only thing to consider is access to property. Closest bus station is piste and there aren’t millions of buses going there !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose this hotel because of the proximity to Chichen Itza but I didn’t realize this place would be SO magical. Beautiful grounds! The Reception office is 1.5km from the paved road so arriving after sunset was a bit scary at first but they are behind gated security and have a great check-in system. Fyi, There are no tvs or phones in the rooms. It’s like being in a beautiful remote jungle. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are missing out if you don't go here. I had the BEST costumer service ever and the food was up to my standards. Fresh and absolutely delicious. Cocktails were on point and if you wanted to eat by the pool they were okay with it. This was a beautiful new beginning of going to more resorts like this one. Although that might be hard because it wont beat this one. Thanks Okaan for an amazing weekend.

The dinner menu was excellent and the basic free breakfast was great. We added on.
Minimal. Loved that there was no tv. Very comfortable bed.
Clean
Attentive in all the right ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend staying at this magical jungle hotel if you plan to visit Chitzen Itza. We stayed in one of their nicer suites, which was very comfortable and nicely designed. The grounds were beautiful, expansive, and fun to explore. One of the many noteworthy features of the hotel is that you can see main temple of Chitzen Itza from hotel roof. We spent a total of three nights and felt we could have stayed more. Overall, we found the food to be quite nice. We particularly liked the dishes that contained avacado and shrimp (there are few different ones). The staff were friendly, welcoming, and kind.
