Como sugerencia pongan algún letrero sobre la calle donde diga el nombre del hotel por que si os llevo un rato encontrarlo ya que esta en la dirección que dice Maps pero del lado de la calle no se ve nada y si fue difícil encontrarlo. Otra cosa la chica que me había atendido cuando reservé ya despues jamás volvió a contestar las llamadas. El chico de recepción muy amable, servicial, y accesible nos atendió muy bien y super eficiente a solucionar uno que otro desperfecto con la regadera, toallas y demás. Where to start a series of unfortunate events ? with a happy ending. As a suggestion put a sign on the street where it says the name of the hotel because if it took you a while to find it since it is in the address that says Maps but on the side of the street you can not see anything and if it was difficult to find it. Another thing the girl who had attended me when I booked and afterwards never answered the calls again. The very friendly, helpful, and approachable reception guy took great care of us and was super efficient in solving the occasional fault with the shower, towels and others.
M	Mayra M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La vista es espectacular me gusto mucho pero el hotel no está nada limpio, cuando ocupamos la habitación e iban a hacer el servicio de limpieza quedo casi igual que como lo dejamos incluso por la noche salen cucarachas de la coladera, fue desagradable encontrarlas The view is spectacular I liked it a lot but the hotel is not clean at all, when we occupied the room and they were going to do the cleaning service it was almost the same as we left it even at night cockroaches came out of the drain, it was unpleasant to find them
A	Alaviel Cervera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una excelente ubicación (frente al mar, al final del malecón de progreso).....pero su mayor problema es estar al lado de un restaurante de playa (administrado por restaurante la antigua) que tiene un volumen exagerado-desconsiderado de música (sábado termina el restaurante en la tarde pero aún sin gente sigue su escándalo hasta la noche) y los domingos inician su escándalo 7:15am (por increíble que parezca) En cuanto al hotel bastante bien en limpieza, el wifi funciona bien, cuenta con un pequeño estacionamiento muy útil, la piscina muy pequeña (2 x 4 mts) pero estando frente al mar sin mayor problema, el área de cocina es común para todas las habitaciones An excellent location (in front of the sea, at the end of the Malecón de Progreso).....but its biggest problem is being next to a beach restaurant (managed by Restaurante La Antigua) that has an exaggerated-inconsiderate volume of music ( Saturday the restaurant ends in the afternoon but even without people the scandal continues until night) and on Sundays they start their scandal at 7:15am (incredible as it may seem) As for the hotel, it is quite good in terms of cleanliness, the Wi-Fi works well, it has a small parking lot that is very useful, the swimming pool is very small (2 x 4 meters) but facing the sea without much problem, the kitchen area is common for all the rooms
D	Danni Poulain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel a pie de playa, siempre me hospedo cuando voy a Progreso a descansar, limpio, con una alberca muy pequeña pero hermosa, atienden bien y la red de Wifi no falla ❤️ súper recomendado Hotel on the beach, I always stay when I go to Progreso to rest, clean, with a very small but beautiful pool, they serve well and the Wi-Fi network does not fail ❤️ super recommended

Encontrarlo me costó, pero amé que tenga salida a la playa que esté en la esquina del malecón, al lado de las letras, permitió salir a ver el amanecer, poder pasear por la noche y regresar a tumbarme en el camastro a ver las estrellas y escuchar las olas. El costo por la habitación caballito de mar para mí fue en $990.00 por la noche. Although it is a small hotel, I personally liked staying there. The cost seems pretty good to me. Very friendly staff. Finding it was difficult, but I loved that it had an exit to the beach that is on the corner of the boardwalk, next to the letters, it allowed me to go out to see the sunrise, to be able to walk at night and return to lie down on the cot to see the stars and listen to the waves. The cost for the seahorse room for me was $990.00 per night.
