J	Jaime Romo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No le doy 5 estrellas porque la habitación es muy pequeña y en relación al precio podría estar un poco más barata, aunque llega a ser cómoda una vez que te adaptas, el baño es de buen tamaño y bien distribuido, la ducha está muy bien aislada para no hacer mojadero a la parte externa y la presión de agua es muy buena que hace que disfrutes cada baño que te das, el personal es amable, tienes wi-fi en la habitación de buena velocidad y SKY en la televisión. I don't give it 5 stars because the room is very small and in relation to the price it could be a little cheaper, although it becomes comfortable once you get used to it, the bathroom is a good size and well laid out, the shower is very well insulated to avoid getting wet outside and the water pressure is very good that makes you enjoy every bath you take, the staff is friendly, you have wi-fi in the room with good speed and SKY on television.

Muy mal servicio y obviamente no lo recomiendo. I made a reservation 2 weeks ago and the day I arrived in Monterrey I checked the hotel and they told me that they did not have a room available, and the person who attended me was very rude. Very bad service and obviously I do not recommend it.

Personal amable . No contaban con facturas el día que nos quedamos.. y te cobran cierto porcentaje por facturar. Pero sí lo recomiendo ? Clean hotel, small rooms but they have the essentials .. clean bathroom, cable TV, air conditioning and hot water .. it has parking. Friendly staff. They did not have invoices the day we stayed .. and they charge you a certain percentage for invoicing. But I do recommend it ?

Todo el cuarto y el baño son muy limpios y con olor agradable. El aire acondicionado funciona perfecto. Si vas a mty por trabajo te recomiendo busques otra opción. El Internet es intermitente y hay demasiado ruido. El servicio no es malo pero nunca hay alguien en recepción, debes de tocar el timbre y no vienen enseguida. Cuenta con aire acondicionado y cable.
