S	Sandino Sandoval on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, olvidamos una bolsa y asumen que la tienen pero su burocracia por así decirlo tarda días para devolverla, sabiendo que vamos de paso, su check out es a las 11am cuando prometían otra cosa, su alberca está sucia y la chica de la administración después de asegurar el pago es super déspota y grosera Very bad experience, we forgot a bag and they assume they have it but their bureaucracy, so to speak, takes days to return it, knowing that we are passing through, their check out is at 11am when they promised something else, their pool is dirty and the girl from the administration after securing payment is super despotic and rude

M	Marlene Cuevas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: limpieza, costo, ubicación cercana a playa, alberca Contras: ruido por el bar y antro, camas súper duras y almohadas cero cómodas, el calor se encierra y ni el aire acondicionado lo calma ? No lo recomiendo si buscas descansar rico, el ruido del antro/bar es muy molesto, lo demás esta bien. Solo una observación, si llegas por avión mejor busca un taxi que te lleve al hotel, sale más económico que contratar a la encargada del hotel. Pros: cleanliness, cost, location near beach, pool Cons: noise from the bar and club, super hard beds and zero comfortable pillows, the heat is locked in and not even the air conditioning calms it ? I do not recommend it if you are looking to rest rich, the noise from the club / bar is very annoying, the rest is fine. Just one observation, if you arrive by plane, better find a taxi to take you to the hotel, it is cheaper than hiring the hotel manager.

It is regular, if noise bothers you, this hotel is not for you since Fridays and Saturdays the disco next door opens and you can hear it in the room.

Y por la noche la música a alto volumen de el bar que esta a un costado hasta las 5 de la mañana, por todo lo demás excelente. Excellent place, comfortable rooms, pet friendly place, pool, the only drawback is that the air conditioners in some rooms are not 100% working. And at night the loud music from the bar that is next door until 5 in the morning, for everything else excellent.

Lo malo: -Tardan mucho para realizar la limpieza, -el check in es hasta las 3:00pm y el check out a las 11:00am ? - solo dejan una toalla por habitación. - mucho ruido toda la noche del bar del costado. -El acceso a la playa no es tan cercano Comentarios: reserve por teléfono y me dijeron que si tenía habitación doble disponible, por lo que decidí reservar, al llegar me dieron una habitación con solo 1 cama king size. Te recomiendo pedir que en tu recibo te especifiquen que tipo de habitación pediste para evitar estos problemas. The good: -They accept pets, -Is it clean, -it has air conditioner, -parking place, -pool (small, but it has) and -relatively accessible. -There is an oxxo and a chedraui nearby. The bad: -Take a long time to clean -check in is until 3:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am ? - They only leave one towel per room. - lots of noise all night from side bar. -Access to the beach is not that close Comments: I booked by phone and they told me that if they had a double room available, so I decided to book, when I arrived they gave me a room with only 1 king size bed. I recommend that you ask for the type of room you requested on your receipt to avoid these problems.
