★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No nos dieron cobertor y hacia mucho frio. Llegamos por la madrugada y estaba cerrado sin una recrpcionista tuvimos q esperar a q bajara una persona a abrir. Me parecio mucho el riesgo el que pasamos al esperar q nos abrieran. Dudo mucho en volver al hotel.
They didn't give us a cover and it was very cold. We arrived at dawn and it was closed without a receptionist we had to wait for a person to open. It seemed a lot to me the risk that we spent waiting for them to open. I doubt very much in returning to the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal atención por parte de la chica que está por las tardes, hay 2 chicas pero en especial una de ellas da muy mal atención, hace unos días mi esposo y yo llegamos a ese hotel y nos dieron una habitación en el primer piso y le pedimos que porfavor nos cambiará de habitación a una de arriba ya que en las de abajo mi esposo no tenía señal del celular y como la necesita por cuestiones de trabajo por eso pedimos el cambio y esta chica nos miro feo y nos llevó a una habitación de arriba y nos aventó las llaves y todo el tiempo que estuvimos ahí nos hablaba muy mal y nos miraba feo, no respondía los saludos de buenos días, y en mi opinión las chicas de recepción no deberían de ser así, deberían dar una buena atención ya que son la primera impresión que te llevas, y por la otra chica muy bien ella si es muy atenta, la chica amable regularmente está maquillada, es medio llenita y peina de cola de caballo, por ella muy buen, por la otra no y es la última vez que me quedo en ese hotel .
Very bad attention from the girl who is in the afternoon, there are 2 girls but especially one of them gives very bad attention, a few days ago my husband and I arrived at that hotel and they gave us a room on the first floor and they We asked that you please change our room to an upstairs one, since in the downstairs my husband had no cell phone signal and since he needs it due to work reasons, we asked for the change and this girl looked at us ugly and took us to a room with upstairs and he threw the keys at us and all the time we were there he spoke very badly to us and looked at us ugly, he did not respond to the good morning greetings, and in my opinion the girls at the reception should not be like that, they should give good attention now which are the first impression you get, and for the other girl very well she is very attentive, the kind girl is regularly made up, she is half full and has a ponytail hairstyle, for her very good, for the other not and it is the last time I stay at that hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es caro para lo que ofrece, 400 la noche por la habitación con balcón, sin embargo esto es en contra ya que se escucha todo el ruido de la calle (y es una calle bastante transitada por camiones).
El agua tienes que dejarla correr 5-10 minutos para que salga caliente.
La habitación es fea y desactualizada.
El colchón es viejo e incómodo y el baño es de un azulejo color pistache bastante viejo y desgastado.
Puedes encontrar habitaciones mucho mejores al mismo precio en la zona centro.
The place is expensive for what it offers, 400 a night for the room with a balcony, however this is against it since you can hear all the noise from the street (and it is a street quite busy with trucks).
You have to let the water run for 5-10 minutes so that it comes out hot.
The room is ugly and outdated.
The mattress is old and uncomfortable and the bathroom is quite old and worn pistachio tile.
You can find much better rooms at the same price in the downtown area.
