★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo primero a resaltar es que el hotel está muy limpio. Lo malo: no hay ascensor, no hay ganchos o perchas en el armario, no hay restaurante a permanencia, sólo para el desayuno. Al llegar no te ayudan a descargar el equipaje. Las colchas y/o mantas no son las suficientes para el clima del lugar.
 The first thing to note is that the hotel is very clean. The bad: there is no elevator, there are no hooks or hangers in the closet, there is no restaurant to stay, only for breakfast. When you arrive, they don't help you unload your luggage. The bedspreads and / or blankets are not enough for the climate of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy padres las instalaciones, el personal muy amable, bonito el lugar, pero los colchones de la habitacion 201 ya deformes. No hubo acceso a las albercas, se me hizo muy elevado el costo. No regresaria a el
Very nice facilities, very friendly staff, nice place, but the mattresses in room 201 are already deformed. There was no access to the pools, the cost was very high. I wouldn't go back to him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene un excelente servicio!! Las habitaciones son muy limpias y amplias, lo unico por lo que no tiene 5 estrellas es debido a que la TV solo tiene 1 canal todo lo demás no se ve. Pero en general sin duda regresaría.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An almost brand new hotel, that does not have good customer service. It's costly for the amenities they offer. The TV was failing constantly. It does not have phone available in the rooms, which is annoying. If you decide to stay there, check the number of towels you have in the room!! Since they will check it out when you leave, and will charge you for if there is one missing! They did this to me, and I did not take any towel with me but they did not care. Shame on them.
