They need to maintain the air conditioning, it has some bad smell and the bathrooms are in fair condition, with leaks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok it's very affordable, it's clean. $650 peso rooms. Only fans. There are air conditioned rooms but not available. It's ok to just sleep. If you live in Mexico bring extra fan existing fan not enough. No wifi/no internet but if you travel 30mins out there is internet. Highly recommend condos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical beach hotel in a small town. Don't expect much and you will be ok. Does have a pool and safe parking. Costs around 700 pesos. Next to restaurant and beach. No TV, which is okay, best enjoy the area. No wifi and cellphone coverage limited.
