Antes me encantaba quedarme y ahora lo pensaré dos veces.
Very bad attention from the receptionists. There were no towels available. The bathroom smelled very musty.
Before I used to love to stay and now I will think twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están muy padres sus habitaciones y la fachada del hotel, punto malo es su servicio, demores esperando en recepción y aparte solo tienen habilitado si restaurante para bebidas.
Their rooms and the facade of the hotel are very cool, a bad point is their service, delays waiting at reception and apart from that they only have a restaurant for drinks.

Very good hotel, comfortable, clean. Just a detail. For people who are very light sleepers I do not recommend them. All noises are heard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The pool, restaurant and staff were all great! Very comfortable beds and great air-conditioning.. Negative: The hotel said they provided an airport shuttle which was the main reason we chose to stay here. They did call a taxi for us at the appointed time, but the taxi was incredibly unsafe and dilapidated. There were no seatbelts in the front seats, it was dirty, the doors were rusted. I think the hotel should ensure that the taxis they call for their guests are of an acceptable quality..
