It's been 5 days and to date I haven't received anything. When I reached out they claimed that because I showed up with the police, they now refuse to send me the video. I had explained that I called the police because I needed some for of official report for insurance purposes but it seems pretty convenient that they waited until they knew I was gone to then find an excuse not to send me the video. What I can say is that the front desk guys, Armando and Vicente were great. It's the owners or managers, (I don't know which they are at this point) Miguel and Yolanda, are the ones who are not following through with what they had promised to provide which is the video surveillance. At the end of the day that's what would prove who took the computer so it seems a bit odd that they wouldn't want to provide that.
