★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my husband and I came back from puerto penasco and we reserved 3 night but we stay only one night at palma de oro, because when we arrived we were charged more, and no parking like on the pictures. Parking is on the back of the hotel with no view on your vehicle,no phone in room,no microwave, women arguing all midnigh, I will never stay at the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Customer service by receptionist.. No phone, microwave or small fridge in room. Our restroom stunk real bad.. Dead Roaches outside our room. Little amount of water for the restroom to shower no hot water.. parking is in the back of the hotel. Very depressing .
