K	Karina Esparza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware Of Bed Bugs!!! A large group of about 30 of us stayed for 4 nights and at least 3 of us ended up with bed bug bites. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable and hard. You practically have to beg for more towels and clean sheets. They separated us and put up to 6 of us in a single room, but still only gave us 2 towels per room. The roads around the hotel are under construction so expect detours. Some of the rooms are advertised as having kitchenettes which include a fridge, a sink, and a stovetop, but the fridge didn’t keep drinks cold, the gas connection to the stovetop was shut off, and the cooking utensils were locked up in a cabinet. They also ask you to turn in your room keys before heading out to the beach or for dinner and there are no safes in the rooms.

Suite because it had a kitchen and fridge but we weren’t allowed to use it. Bedbug bites, dirty sheets, and only 2 towels per room even if you book a room for 4 or 5. To top it off the lobby staff was RUDE and annoyed whenever you asked for clean towels or clean sheets.
L	Luis Peregrino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to say that the costumer service in this hotel is horrible, that ask you for a $500 deposit, they say that is if there’s anything broken from The room but literary they’ll find any little excuse to not give them to you.One of my towels were a little dirty because of the sand and they didn’t wanted to give the $500 because if that. They really need to get a better customer service.

They are located in a perfect location with convenient access to the tourist locations that Puerto Vallarta has to offer without all the noise. Their restaurants were perfect, they had delicious food and wonderful service. They have a great variety of food choices all at a very close proximity which we absolutely loved! I completely recommend this hotel for your stay!

L	L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff reported a no show to hotels.com but still checked me in and charged me. This created a huge hassle that is still ongoing. They are scammers and refuse to fix their mistake. I would avoid this place.
T	Tanja Brockhaus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located in a side street. Although opposite was a construction site, the hotel was really quiet. The furnishings were already old but very clean. A plus was the big fridge where we could store our drinks and fruits. The hotel staff was always very friendly and helpful!! The same with the pool...a little bit old but clean and there were towels for the sun beds without charge. Just down the street are our two favorite Vallarta restaurants: Marisca Tía and Pepe's Tacco.
