★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bathroom needs remodeling, tub is so high they give you a unstable stepping stool or bench looking thing just to climb inside it and it's not a tub it's a cover for old tubs but no old tub underneath it so when you step in the middle it dips or sinks, I was actually worried about breaking it or slipping and falling. Other then that great hotel. Oh and there's a lot of remodeling so expect some noise and pool is unavailable.

-Good location near center.
-Free parking lots for accommodation. Their parking lots also accept customers of non-accommodation.(Additional fee)
-Housekeeping is clean.
-High Pressure of shower water and it is comfortable to take a shower.
-Cons:
-The carpet floor in room looks dirty.
-Bed is aged(not flat enough) and a little hard.
-There are lots of floating leaves in the swimming pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serious restoration works undergoing, so our suite was in top top condition; fluffy clean carpets, cozy bed and blankets, shiny bathroom, and an executive feel in general, very well furnished. Unbeatable view of old town and excellent service, every one was kind. Highly recommended, 5 out of 5 without a doubt! Thanks, Panorama!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have roomed here almost every year since 2004 and the last time was June 2019. We love this hotel. The staff has always great to us and it is close to everything down town. The breakfast buffet was very good. The parking area was convenient, but still under construction. I hope to go there again, loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, efficient rooms. Ideal location in downtown near most tourist attractions. Surprisingly, No Bellboy service. During my five night stay, the card key worked only ONCE, Service and appearance from some wait staff in the dine-in restaurant could definetely use an improvement or proper training.
