★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel and the room was that bad that we leave in the same day. We should not have checkin in the room but we were tired from the flight and we were not paying attention. This place is not good. Also, they did not refund us for the last 3 days. Also, it is in a bad neighbourhood.
-The hot water was not hot.
-It was very cold in the room and there was nothing to heat the room.
-the room was dirty and ugly.
-the windows was face to face to a wall.
-the internet was not working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exelente Hotel for short stay, non luxury but clean. The hotel staff very honest, I forgot my watch early in August 2019 the I return on September, the hotel keep my belong and returned to me. I am glad because my wath is a good quality one. The hotel restaurant, very good food quality and convenient location. Mexico City can turn into a nightmare unexpectedly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely building, on the outskirts of city centro. The room was huge, bed was comfortable and cozy. My only issue is that I requested coffee in my room early am, prior to my arrival. They said no problem, when I arrived, no coffee pot. I showed them my recipe for that coffee maker, and they still denied that to me. Front staff speaks no English. Load the EX exchange app when you arrive, so that you understand peso's vs. dollars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the room maids had cleaned my room on the third day I noticed my small luggage bag had the combination lock tampered with. Once I opened it up $7000 pesos had been stolen from my travel wallet. When I confronted reception they lied about which maids were working that day. There is only two maids period. Obviously it's a highly coordinated team effort to steal from foreigners. I checked out instantly with 4 days still remaining. No offer's of a refund, no messages from hotel management, no contact form booking.com either. Staff members who can open luggage like airport security is a serious issue. If they can do that, what else are they capable of. Avoid at all costs
