Muy antiguo el hotel y sin mantenimiento, el baño estaba sucio, orinado, con bastantes cabellos en el lavabo, no había siquiera agua embotellada. Al día siguiente el desayuno regular, falta mucha limpieza en general y hasta el momento no me han enviado mi factura. Terrible service and very expensive for what they offer. Very old the hotel and without maintenance, the bathroom was dirty, urinated, with enough hair in the sink, there was not even bottled water. The next day the regular breakfast, a lot of cleaning is missing in general and so far I have not sent my bill.

Fue un rollo hacer la cancelación de mi habitación, no contestaban y cuando lo hacían el personal no tenía idea de su trabajo. Lo peor fue que a mis amigos que si fueron a Irapuato ¡los dejaron a fuera! Llegaron e hicieron el check in para después irse a su destino, cuando regresaron se encontraron con el hotel cerrado con cadena y candado, estuvieron una hora tocando y nadie abrió, por lo que tuvieron que buscar otro alojamiento. A las 11 am regresaron al hotel para pedir su reembolso puesto que no pasaron la noche ahí y los dejaron a fuera, la recepcionista no tenía información del encargado que se supone debería de haber estado a esa hora en el hotel para atender a los clientes. Primero les dijo que no estaba y después les dijo que estaba atendiendo un cliente y que hubieran tocado fuerte (parece ser que una hora de estar en la puerta no fue suficiente). La supuesta dueña no estaba y ningún gerente se presentó al hotel, la chica estaba sola, comentó que ella solo iba los domingos ¿como es posible que dejen a una sola persona a cargo de un hotel?Tuvieron que tratar con un supuesto gerente vía telefónica en donde después de explicar la situación, el gerente se comprometió a hacer la devolución de lo que se pagó por la reserva y firmaron un documento en el hotel junto con sus datos para que se realizará lo antes posible, pero al día de hoy no han regresado el dinero y nadie se responsabiliza. Había leído ya varias reseñas de la mala atención, no se hospeden en este lugar cero profesional, no es 24 hrs como dice ser. TERRIBLE SERVICE. If it were possible I wouldn't even give it a star. It was a bummer to cancel my room, they did not answer and when they did the staff had no idea of their work. The worst thing was that my friends who went to Irapuato were left out! They arrived and checked in and then left for their destination, when they returned they found the hotel locked with a chain and padlock, they played for an hour and no one opened, so they had to look for another accommodation. At 11 am they returned to the hotel to ask for their refund since they did not spend the night there and were left outside, the receptionist had no information about the manager who was supposed to have been at the hotel at that time to attend to customers. First he told them that he was not there and then he told them that he was serving a client and that they had knocked hard (it seems that an hour of being at the door was not enough). The alleged owner was not there and no manager came to the hotel, the girl was alone, she commented that she only went on Sundays, how is it possible that they leave a single person in charge of a hotel? They had to deal with an alleged manager by phone where after explaining the situation, the manager promised to make a refund of what was paid for the reservation and signed a document at the hotel along with their data so that it will be done as soon as possible, but as of today they have not returned the money and no one is responsible. I had already read several reviews of the bad attention, do not stay in this place zero professional, it is not 24 hrs as it claims to be.
