★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para hospedarse y relajarse, sus instalaciones son muy bellas, su comida es deliciosa, las habitaciones son únicas en mobiliario, su museo te dejará asombrado, cuentan con una alberca muy padre y la atención que te brindan es excelente, y los atardeceres maravillosos, si quieres estar en contacto con la naturaleza y tener una atención excelente este es el lugar
 Excellent place to stay and relax, its facilities are very beautiful, its food is delicious, the rooms are unique in furniture, its museum will leave you amazed, they have a very cool pool and the attention they give you is excellent, and the wonderful sunsets , if you want to be in contact with nature and have excellent attention this is the place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were the only guests but the hotel is incredible like stepping back in time with pianos and four poster beds, grand gardens & an excellent pool, all to ourself! The staff are friendly and is definitely worth a stop if you are visiting the lakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just visited the museum where you can see some pictures from the XVI century. The room has a humidity and oldish smell. The receptionist told us that we could'nt go around because we were not guests. I think that is not a good attitude I think they should show us the hotel to be able to have an opinion to go back or recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly a magical place. The building and grounds have been well looked after and you were even allowed to play on the gorgeous billiards table in the old bar. Close to Comitán, El Chiflon, Laguna de Montebello and a few ruins, means there’s plenty to explore nearby. Food at the restaurant was also very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A unique, historic and beautiful stop close to Comitan. Gorgeous rooms facing onto a lazy green space within ancient walls, framed by magnificent trees. The Museum is remarkable and worth a visit alone. Good food and kind hospitality wrap up a terrific stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is excellent and helpful, the location is excellent and has nice views, the rooms are old and smelly. They are outdated and the place is empty. They leave you alone at night and just lock the gate. You may be the only one at the hotel. Do not make reservations since they always have room.
