J	Josué Padrón on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena ubicación a unos pasos de la playa Excelente aire acondicionado ,buenos colchones para descansar,sábanas un poco deterioradas el baño estaba sucio, el agua hirviendo las llaves de la regadera no regulaban,las puertas no sellaban completamente en el piso y se escucha mucho ruido de afuera hacia adentro Very good location a few steps from the beach Excellent air conditioning, good mattresses to rest on, sheets a little deteriorated, the bathroom was dirty, the water was boiling, the shower keys did not regulate, the doors did not they sealed completely on the floor and there is a lot of noise from outside to inside

Comunicación entre ellos para proporcionar información correcta, cobros fraudulentos, antes era muy bueno, pero no sabemos si cambió la administración, pero no vamos con desilusión, no se vale que nos hagan cobro sin fundamento y nos hacen de rateros . Ojalá mejoren su servicio a clientes y sean más abiertos a los mismos. Bad attention from the principals, assistants, little. K	Karla Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una muy mala experiencia, la habitación cara 1300 la noche, nos atraparon diciendo que 900 y ya para entrar nos dijeron que ya no tenía. Habitaciones de ese costo, con una sola cama para 3 personas la habitación no tiene ni en donde guardar tus cosas en donde colgar una toalla, prometen agua caliente y nada cable y nada, la alberca asquerosa, las palapas 160 pesos te cobran y eso por ser huésped, todo mal salimos corriendo al siguiente día y llegamos a un lugar 509 la noche 3 camas, cable, agua caliente, clima, clósets el baño espacioso muy cómodo nada que ver con este hotel si van a cobrar esa cantidad necesita que le inviertan más a tenerlo bonito y limpio

M	Mary Abundis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place to stay DONT STAY HERE!! The Service is super BAD, they come and stock you bcuz you will take there Towles "that don't even dry your body". Our Rooms flooded when it rain all our stuff got wet. The whole office area also flooded. Dont touch there Fruit Trees Bcuz they will call Police on you saying you're Stealing. The place is Horribly Runn down very dirty .. DONT EVEN THINK OF STAYING HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!! They promised HOT water and it was always cold, they promised TV Service and we could never GET Service.. Poor Choice on our part, but you still have time Don't Do It.. I'm from San Antonio, Texas USA and I will never Stay here Again..
