SUPER BAD SERVICE AND TREATMENT OF THE STAFF. I made a reservation for 3 rooms by phone, Angel David answered me, he gave me a total to pay, I told him if I was transferring or how to reserve, to which he replied that only with my name. Yesterday (2 days before my visit to Aguascalientes) already having flights and reservations ready. He calls me to tell me that he got the wrong price and that the amount would more than double. It is comfortable but there is a lot of noise like a water pump or some machinery all night every 20 minutes. It is very clean and has secure parking in front of the hotel. And one of the young men at the reception would do well to be more cordial and attentive at least to answer the greeting.

Poorly trained staff, they gave me the room until 7 at night. It does not have a restaurant. Not recommended as there are many hotel options in the area.
