★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy amable, todo está muy limpio, el cuarto es amplio, agua caliente abundante. Sólo la cama no me pareció cómoda. Está justo frente a la terminal lo cuál para mí es perfecto.
 The staff is very friendly, everything is very clean, the room is spacious, plenty of hot water. Only the bed was not comfortable. It is right in front of the terminal which for me is perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy atento , en especial un señor en el área del restaurante de edad mayor mis felicitaciones nunca había visto a una persona que amara tanto su trabajo ? respecto a la alberca helada solo recomendaría al hotel algúna caldera para calentar el agua y hacer una estadía más agradable. Ubicación masomenos cobran 70 pesos del hotel a la plaza más grande de Poza rica así que pues se los dejo a su criterio.
The staff is very attentive, especially an elderly man in the restaurant area, my congratulations, I have never seen a person who loves his job so much ? Regarding the frozen pool, I would only recommend a boiler to the hotel to heat the water and make a most pleasant stay. Location More or less, they charge 70 pesos from the hotel to the largest plaza in Poza Rica, so I leave it to your discretion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really cool and clean rooms, cozy and pretty close to everything. Although El Tajin is about 40mins away, but other than that, it's a pretty decent hotel! And they have a pool!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Hotel location is very close to the bus terminal (200 m) from where you can take a bus to El Tajín to see the pyramids (every 30 minutes). Room is comfortable, big bed, everything is clean with fresh towels every day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast has a good variety and it's possible to get eggs as you like them. A good choice for Poza Rica..
