El personal de limpieza roba pertenencias de los clientes, revisa tus maletas y objetos personales. Me robaron un reloj guardado en una maleta.
La atención de la Gerente al incidente fue pésima, no le intereso el caso y nunca tuvo contacto ni cumplió con informar sobre lasa acciones tomadas.
No se queden aqui!!!!!

Cleaning staff steal customer belongings, check your bags and personal belongings. My watch was stolen from a suitcase.
The Manager's attention to the incident was terrible, she was not interested in the case and never had contact or complied with reporting on the actions taken.

Cama muy cómoda, ventilador de abanico. Un solo canal de TV convencional, el televisor se apaga automáticamente en periodos de tiempo regulares. Algo incómodo para mí. Aunque la ropa de cama y toallas están limpias, recomiendo despercudirlas. No hay un Lobby para descanso. Precios accesibles. Podrían ofrecer al menos ,botellas de agua en habitación, ya que te las venden. Y tampoco hay restaurant o cafetería. Te ofrecen lista de lugares y números de teléfono para pedir alimentos. Tal vez regresaré.

Very comfortable bed, fan fan. A single conventional TV channel, the TV automatically turns off at regular periods of time. Kind of awkward for me. Although the bedding and towels are clean, I recommend wasting them. There is no Lobby for rest. Affordable prices. They could at least offer bottles of water in the room, since they sell them to you. And there is no restaurant or cafeteria either. They offer you a list of places and phone numbers to order food. Maybe I'll come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo muy bien, recomendable para cuestión de trabajo y descanso, un restaurante ayudaria mucho, pero si les sugiero un frigobar para que sus huéspedes puedan colocar medicamento que requiere refrigeracion por lo menos en la administración espero y lo tomen en cuenta, gracias
All very well, recommended for work and rest, a restaurant would help a lot, but if I suggest a refrigerator so that your guests can place medication that requires refrigeration, at least in the administration I hope and they take it into account, thank you

Cost is not expensive at all.
The hotel is quite new, clean and very comfortable.
There's a convenience store just a few steps away.
Gas station and ATM's are located across the street.
A few bar-restaurants are next to the hotel.
Safe area in the city.
Staff is very friendly.
Cons:
No AC, so might be uncomfortable during summer. However, ventilation is provided.
There are absolutely no handicapped facilities.
There's some noise during rush hours in rooms facing the street.
Personally, I think Parque Sur is your best deal in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, clean, cheap, good neighborhood, friendly and attentive staff. But odd. There's no restaurant. You can pay with a credit card at the front desk, but not over the phone to secure a room. To do that, you need to make a bank deposit first.
