S	Susana Contreras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuvimos un problema sanitario. En una habitación había chinches y al darnos cuenta de las ronchas sacudimos la cama y estaban ahí. Al reportarlo en la recepción solo nos dieron las gracias por cominucarselos y que iban a fumigar. We had a sanitary problem. m	marilo alcantara suarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia yo rente y pague con anticipacion 6 habitaciones x 2 noches y resulta que cuando llegue a ocuparlas 2 de las cuales estaban rentadas me queje por eso yla solucion del gerente me dijo que ocupara otras y al siguiente dia ya me daba las reservadas le dije que no que yo tenia mis habitaciones me contesto que si queria y si no le dejara las habitaciones, ya era de noche cuando llegue a eso hora no iba yo a encontrar donde hospedarme ,pero lo peor no fue eso ,al siguiente dia que regresamos ya nuestras cosas estaban en otra habitacion no esperaron que llegaramos a hacer el cambio ellos se metieron y nos sacaron nuestras cosas sin consentimiento . para mi eso no es un hotel confiable por lo tanto no lo recomiendo, espero no volver a tener la necesidad de hozpedarme otra vez y que uds tampoco la tengan que si se quedad sea por su gusto Very bad experience I rent and pay in advance 6 rooms x 2 nights and it turns out that when I got to occupy 2 of which were rented I complained about that and the manager's solution told me to occupy others and the next day and I gave the reserved I said not that I had my rooms I answered that if I wanted to and if I did not leave the rooms, it was already night when I arrived at that time I was not going to find where to stay, but the worst was not that, the next day we returned and our things were in another room they did not wait for us to get to make the change they got in and took our things without consent.
