★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este hotel está un poco al descubierto con una cercanía al centro de la ciudad, con cuartos limpios y muy bien para los que viajan de paso y quieren descansar, excelente servicio y muy bonito, he estado ahí y me agradó mucho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar cerca del balneario las Termas, familiar, aceptan perros, personas amables y agradables, cuartos limpios y en su mayoría frescos, por los árboles que hay en el interior, tiene estacionamiento, está a 10 min. en coche del pueblo de Tepaltcingo. El único detalle es q las regaderas estan en área común.
It is a place near the Las Termas spa, family friendly, they accept dogs, friendly and pleasant people, clean rooms and mostly fresh, due to the trees inside, it has parking, it is 10 min. by car from the town of Tepaltcingo. The only detail is that the showers are in the common area.

I did not like it because they do not give the service as it should, and if one goes it is to rest, and early they start with shouting and music and noise, that's why I give it a star and it should not give any

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eso no es hotel, cuartos con hormigas la regadera a fuera y un señor le pides que te prenda el baño ni te pela y se molesta porque lo paras de ver la tele y te lo deja frío en pocas palabras horrible.
That is not a hotel, rooms with ants outside the shower and a man asks him to turn on the bathroom or peel you and he gets upset because you stop watching TV and it leaves you cold in a few words horrible.
