Hotel Pedregal - 48200 Talpa de Allende

A few days ago we stayed there, and the reception service was not the best, tired and wanting to take refuge to sleep, we found long faces and a lack of kindness. They gave us rooms and even though they were located on the 1st floor and facing the garden, they smelled musty. The dirty beds and the percussive sheets, as if they had only made the bed of the previous occupants. EYE! Shaking the beds brought out a couple of spiders and there were cobwebs on the ceiling. When opening the bathroom they did not unload the toilet when cleaning it (I want to assume) and the shower and doors were wet as if those who vacated had just taken a bath and left. I understand that due to the pilgrim season, the work accumulates, but the attention and service are being paid so that they leave such notable negligence.

The truth is that we wanted to spend a pleasant moment in Talpa and we stayed at this hotel because of the location and because it looked nice from the outside, but the truth is that it was something else. The room that knocked on the door seemed like it was going to open, the bathroom was not in the best conditions, at night it was very hot and the ceiling fan did not give any air, we asked at reception for a fan but it was super dirty . It is a hotel with a good location but the truth is that it could improve in room service.
