★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a lovely place. Conveniently located. Friendly, helpful staff. They were both cyclists and gave us good tips on where to ride. There was a problem with the water pump, for the hotel. It had to be manually turned on frequently. A minor inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel furniture was a little bare but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were upgraded upon check in which was a very nice little surprise. The concierge was extremely nice and helpful in giving us some recommendations for dinner. There were a few convenience stores immediately in the area as well as some great breakfast cafes/restaurants. Really, the only complaint I have is that there was one time where I wasn't able to park in the hotel parking area but I was able to park on the street immediately in front of the hotel instead which worked well. All in all - it was a great stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ And it Could be so much better . As usual . Staff is great and friendly . Place is clean . The setup it self needs love and work . Unfortunately that’s the average what you get for still paying a decent amount per night . Upgrade needed . In 2022 you can’t have those bathrooms anymore ….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cute little place, friendly welcoming. The pool is very small but super nice, it’s extremely hot in Valladolid so quite comforting after a day of walking. The price is honestly cheap and still very well located. Close to the center. Recommend ?
