★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel está bien a secas. Cómodo y limpio pero la atención fue mala. No cobran con tarjeta (cosa que en ningún momento avisan), te despierten súper temprano los camaristas arrastrando cubetas y con sus pláticas a todo volumen en los pasillos, no te permiten hacer late check-out y no te permiten usar los baños de afuera una vez saliendo, por lo que regresando de la playa literal nos tuvimos que cambiar en el carro. Deberían mejorar su atención.
The hotel is just fine. Comfortable and clean but the attention was bad. They do not charge with a card (which they do not warn at any time), the maids wake you up super early dragging buckets and with their talks at full volume in the corridors, they do not allow you to do late check-out and they do not allow you to use the bathrooms outside one once leaving, so when we returned from the literal beach we had to change in the car. They should improve their care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo que sigue de terrible, llegamos y con caras no nos quetian mostrar la recamara, con el pretexto de que hubo norte un día antes, no asearón la alberca pese a que podian haberla aseado no quisierón hasta el día siguie te que llego más gente medio la asearón y aún así super sucio, el baño super sucio lleno de cabellos, las toallas incompletas, enserio busquen otra ooción que el precio no vale la pena para lo que es.
