We reserved a bungalow for three adults, when we arrived we were given one room with two beds, not what we had booked. After showing the reception clerk the email confirming the reservation we were given a two bedroom suite, however we had to make an additional payment, over and above the quoted price. The rooms were old but reasonably comfortable. The restaurant was good, food and service were good. Unfortunately, the reservation problems clouded the whole experience.
1	1Mexikaner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow!... Never thought such a place existed! I've been to a couple hotels here in Mexico and this one takes the cake. Especially for the price you get access to the swimming pool, out door area, your private balcony and the scenery! I must say it's one the best, nothing quite like it. I guess the only down side would be the small jacuzzi but that's about it. Otherwise highly recommended, you won't regret it.
T	The cook master's of all on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel from 60s. Outdated. Beds hard as a rock; deal breaker definitely. Swimming pool on repairs.whole place needs remodeling. Holes on bedsheets and dining tables. Employees are the best . Hotel owners cheap.
M	Michael Conchscooter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We parked our camper van in their camping field which is noisy and not level with limited power outlets and water faucets. But the place is lovely and serenely old fashioned and such a joy to stay at. A gorgeous pool and fine restaurant. A joy to stay at.
