★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an accident with my credit card and needed to call the company to check if I was a victim of identity theft or not. First, the lady said that they won’t charge me anything. Then when checking out she charged me 105 pesos. I will never come back again. Plus I can’t recommend the food either. One girl at my tour got quite ill from it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me and my family, our experience staying in the hotel, was really good. Both times that I have been here were lovely, I'd like you to know that the service was great. What I like about the hotel, is that it's located near the sea so I can get there by walking, I can see it if I choose a room with a view to the sea, also, the rooms have this fresh and comfortable vibe that I really like. The installations have always been in good conditions and I really appreciate that it looks so alive colorful and happy so I can relax. Finally, the personal are very kind, friendly and attentive which I appreciate it.
