The Hotel Plaza Bicentenario is a great hotel to take into account to stay since they serve you very well and their rooms are very clean but the best thing of all is that they do not have the expensive prices if not accessible but that is not everything also something positive is which is close to a variety of equal places of good and is close to historical centers ...

R	Ruben Bautista on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por defecto no hay una calificación menor a una estrella, entiendo que el precio indica que es un hotel ? con expectativas bajas, pero por las fotografías publicadas al igual que yo, alguna otra persona podría pensar que es un hotel perfecto agregando la descripción de característica que se dice tener en el hotel. 1- Pésimo internet y nunca dieron una solución cada vez que preguntaba en recepción solo contestaban, no está la persona que lo arregla, nuevamente cada día preguntaba y me contestaban “¿Usted esta seguro que lo está haciendo bien?” Y otra respuesta que me daban “Debería de esperar ha que funcione o reinicie su celular o computadora” etc (nunca arreglaron el internet, ofreciendo como un servicio incluido). 2- La actitud de las señoritas en la recepción al momento que le cuestionaba sobre el servicio del internet o cualquier otra pregunta, se mostraba indiferente y NO DEJABA DE ESTAR EN EL CELULAR Y SIN VOLTEAR ATENDERME, siendo un cliente hospedado. 3- Las camas en pésimo estado se sentía los resortes, los colchones llenos de manchas de muchas “COSAS”, al levantar las sábanas se encontraban CABELLOS, las sábanas y toallas demasiadas desgastadas que se rompían al querer usarlas, las almohadas tenían un olor muy desagradable a sudor. 4- Falta de aire acondicionado o mínimo sería aceptable un ventilador, cada cuarto se sentía lo encerrado ya que cada ventana daba a la parte trasera donde se encontraba los boilers y por tal razón se incrementaba el calor. 5- Es muy mala opción para personas con algún problema o discapacidad el no tener ascensor, desde la entrada no podría subir y mucho menos con las escaleras tipo caracol y en partes no tiene barandal para las escaleras es cuestión de perder el equilibro para tener una desgracia. 6- El tema de la reservación es preocupante al momento de preguntar por precios y disponibilidad, te quieren casi por decir así obligar a pagar en el momento, estoy de acuerdo que hoteles o cualquier establecimiento desea asegurar su entrada de dinero pero al no tener una página directa del hotel para hacer el pago o depósito, se debe de realizar a una persona (tercera persona o persona física) en cuestión dejare oculto el nombre por respeto y confidencialidad, no hay nada que garantice que se está realizando un pago por hotel de dicha habitación y no se garantiza ni existe un contracto. Los puntos buenos 1- Excelente ubicación muy céntrico. 2- El hotel como habitaciones y pasillos tienen un estilo muy pintoresco muchas decoraciones de flores y colores muy llamativos. En resumen el hotel le falta mucha atención en todo... administración, servicio, mueblería, etc. Sería un hotel de mejor categoría hasta tendrían mejores ingresos por habitación ya que cuenta con algo muy importante “La Ubicación”. Recomiendo el hotel para personas que no les afecte lo anterior mencionado y que quieran cercanía y precio muy económico.
