★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de la encargada. Nunca atenta, para mi sorpresa era una menor de edad que no tiene para nada atención al cliente! Las habitaciones algunas con colchones deteriorados. Jamás lo recomendaría
 Terrible attention from the manager. She was never attentive, to my surprise she was a minor who has no customer service at all! Rooms some with worn mattresses. I would never recommend it

Sin embargo la alberca aún no está disponible, y en el lugar se concentran algunos chicos para fumar.
The receptionist is very friendly.
However, the pool is not yet available, and some guys gather to smoke in the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una lástima las instalaciones son muy bonitas pero la administración es pésima, se escuchan los gritos del dueño y como trata horrible a sus empleados y familia, además te puedes dar cuenta que se juntan a consumir drogas en el área de la alberca así que no lo recomiendo para nada si vas en familia
It's a shame the facilities are very nice but the administration is lousy, you can hear the owner's screams and how he treats his employees and family horrible, you can also see that they get together to use drugs in the pool area so don't do it I recommend at all if you go with family
