El hotel que esta frente a la terminal de autobuses no nos gusto y nos fuimos a este; sencillo pero limpio y cerca del mercado. This is in a small town called Chiautla in Morelos, I got there because of a confusion ... The hotel that is in front of the bus terminal did not like us and we went to this one; Simple but clean and close to the market.
A	Absalom Guinto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las habitaciones no están 100% limpias, el internet falla y muchos problemas para facturación, estuve llamando para que me enviaran la factura y nunca me dieron solución, decían que me la reenviaron y nunca llegó a mi correo. Solo me daban largas y me dejaron así, sin factura por el hospedaje, cuando ya había pagado hasta el IVA por ello. Terrible service, the rooms are not 100% clean, the internet fails and many problems for billing, I was calling for them to send me the bill and they never gave me a solution, they said they forwarded it to me and it never reached my email. They only gave me lengths and left me like this, without an invoice for the accommodation, when I had already paid up to VAT for it.
E	Eddrye Ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, pedimos una habitación con dos camas para 4 personas y la puerta del baño no cerraba el encargado daba solución de cerrar con una silla pedimos movernos de habitación y queria que pagaramos la otra habitación. Al final despues de discutir nos cambió sin pagar más pero nos hizo pasar mal rato :/ Bad service, we asked for a room with two beds for 4 people and the bathroom door did not close, the manager gave a solution to close it with a chair, we asked to move from the room and wanted us to pay for the other room. In the end, after arguing, he changed us without paying more, but he gave us a hard time:/
C	Catherine Wanko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will get the essentials which are soap, hot water and a clean towel. The rooms are alright for a small town. The Mercado is just across the street where you can get all sort of fruits for breakfast and food for lunch and dinner.
