★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super mal servicio, nos iban a entregar la habitación a las 3 y eran 3 y media y aun no estaba lista, nos la entregaron asi con la promesa de hacer la limpieza despues y nada, al dia siguiente tampoco la quisieron hacer por que saliamos del hotel a las 12 y dijeron que despues de esa hora ya no hacen la limpieza, pesimo lugar.
 super bad service, they were going to give us the room at 3 and it was 3:30 and it was not ready yet, they gave it to us like that with the promise of cleaning afterwards and nothing, the next day they didn't want to do it either because we left the hotel at 12 and they said that after that time they no longer do the cleaning, terrible place.

Very well attended, they already had my room ready since I had a reservation, clean and comfortable, the beds, climate, cable TV, hot and cold water, very good service at a good price, the location is very central, 3 blocks from the bus station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las camaristas a las 7 de la mañana ya andan tocando puertas para limpiar disque ellas tienen que limpiar antes de que termine su turno laboral.
Estaban en remodelación supuestamente y las obras a las 7:30 ya estaban martillando.
El airé acondicionado no funcionaba, no había agua caliente hasta que solicitamos que checaran eso.
En la página ofrecen desayuno bufete gratis y estando ahí te dicen que no por la remodelación. El bufete solo son dos guisados y muy mal hechos.
Definitivamente si quieres hospedarte en el centro mejor busca otra opción.
No lo recomiendo para nada, siempre hay ruidos y no puedes descansar.
Terrible service, the chambermaids at 7 in the morning are already knocking on doors to clean dials that they have to clean before the end of their work shift.
They were supposedly undergoing remodeling and the works at 7:30 were already hammering away.
A/C didn't work, no hot water until we asked to have that checked.
On the page they offer free buffet breakfast and being there they tell you no because of the remodeling. The buffet is only two stews and very poorly done.
Definitely if you want to stay in the center better look for another option.
I do not recommend it at all, there are always noises and you cannot rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato del personal tienen muchas politicas que no hace en fiesta inn u otros hoteles son bastante incómodos, Isabel la recepcionista tiene una cara de que no quiere atenderte.
Terrible treatment of the staff they have many policies that they do not do at the Fiesta Inn or other hotels are quite uncomfortable, Isabel the receptionist has a face that does not want to assist you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So so hotel,made my reservation online and when I got there it was nowhere to be found.Apparently,it was at another hotel property that they also own.Room was adequate,but air conditioning was bad and water pressure was very low.The only plus,was the hot guy that worked as a receptionist at night!!!! LOL
