★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From beginning to end the Great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was central to just about everything. The room clean. The AC worked great, as did the Wi-Fi. Water pressure was amazing. Nothing bad to say about the Hotel Plaza Florencia. We would happily stay there again anytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: It has a great location, most bars and things to do are a couple of streets away and is very centric, it is clean, and room was big enough for me plus the internet speed allowed me to work there Negative: I liked everything, but it took me as a surprise that I went out a few hours, and I came back to find my room cleaned up the first day, and had my laptop and passport visible as I thought no one was coming in, but all was good, as I had a clean space

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel seems to have been recently half refurbished so hallways and rooms look good although they still have the old AC system.
Staff is kind and caring, attentive and helpful.
Business center is available and their rates for copies and fax /scan are reasonable.
Most room rates don’t include breakfast but the options for breakfast are fairly priced.
I would recommend this as a good option for clean economy lodging right in the heart of zona rosa and close to “el Angel”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After another hotel/apartment booking fell through, we walked by this hotel and one of the staff outside quickly checked for us the nightly rate and helped us book our stay. The rooms are modest, but are very clean. Air conditioning and wifi work very well. Wifi is very fast and I have been able to do video meetings without issues. Rooms don't have a mini fridge, though, which is a small thing lacking.
Nearby, there are so many Korean restaurants and businesses, so if you love Korean food, this is the spot!! Great location to everything overall. Very happy with this hotel. Will definitely stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The staff were so friendly and professional. We had to extend our stay and they adapted seamlessly. The location is also incredible--walking distance to the best of Roma, the Bosque de Chapultepec and the gorgeous Reforma. Negative: The rooms are old, with some wear around the edges. Still impeccably clean and comfortable.
