Quiet place, clean rooms, gentle staff. Location is great.

It is in a good location which also makes it more pricey. The rooms and service was great. The staff is very helpful.

It was a really good hotel, it was cheap and the hotel room was amazing plus the workers their were great

This place does not even deserve a 1 star, so many issues but just to name a few 1) For the price, I would expect a coffee maker in the room but ok, the worst part is being charged $4 dollars for 2 6oz coffees 2) I left for a bit and needed to speak to someone that stayed in the room, called the hotel, asked if I could eve transferred to my room, they said no, not at this hour...I payed for that room, therefore I decided if I would like to answer the phone or screen my calls. I’m not a child who’s parents control and monitors my calls 3) there is very limited parking...again, I payed for the room, therefore I should be able to park in the hotel parking, instead they aske for me to park in the front 4) internet is just terrible, just terrible!!! I could go on forever but I would strongly recommend that you don’t stay in the sorry excuse of hotel

Very disappointed by how the manager handled 2 major hotel errors. First the heater doesn't work. 1 hour after our arrival we told the receptionist about no heat. She told us she'd have someone out to look at it. No one came. We went back to ask about our heater only to be told they have no open rooms with a heater....we would be given extra blankets...not ideal but after 8 hours driving all we wanted to do was eat dinner and sleep. So we stayed and were told it would be taken care of the next day and we could move rooms. Ordering room service was really pathetic. I orders a quesadilla, fries with cheese and a coke. Over the phone the women taking the order said I wanted cevhice...which I didn't order...I told her only three fries, quesadilla and coke once again she acted as if she understood until she delivered the order...it came with ceviche...it again told her I didn't order that...she took it back no issues so I tipped her also. Then the manager came with extra pillows...not even pillow case...case was seperates I had to put them in the pillow case...Strange for a hotel but whatever...I was fine until I got a call from the manager who delivered the pillows. He told me either I had to pay for the ceviche or he would make to girl who took my order...what is this about??? A guilt trip on the guest who already you messed up his order who already doesn't have a working heater...now make him pay or make him feel guilty that the server had to pay...never have I seen this...lack of customer service...really bad attitude. I will be asking for the GM in the morning to get this fixed...really early upset feel as if I was judged by the manager because I am white. Racially based I feel...not even an apology from the manager...if. higher up doesn't fix this week will never be back...we stay her at least 10 days a year whenever we are in HMO..will be our last if this isn't fixed in the morning

Good option for an overnight stay when traveling south on highway 15 through Hermosillo. Comfortable rooms, although no wardrobe or place to hang clothes. My room had an adjoining door to the room next door, so when the family arrived next door in the middle of the night when they talked it sounded like they were in my room. The restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices, especially the 50-peso breakfast that includes coffee.

Didn't like it anymore really bad experience last time I came to this Hotel they gave me the worst room they had and I guess the most expensive one 1200 pesos, they Said price went up I couldn't say no I was so tired, haven't been there since.
