Al recepcionista de la tarde le pedi una impresion y le tuve casi casi que rogar para que me ayudara. En concreto quede satisfecho con el hospedaje. Felicitaciones por la terraza que esta increible la vista, al momento que subi estaban cerrandola y un señor que estaba en la recepcion junto al recepcionista amablemente no las volvio abrir a pesar de la hora de la madrugada, muchas gracias. :) Very good location, I play a bedroom with an excellent view. The night receptionist is friendly and accessible. Good installations. I asked the receptionist in the afternoon for an impression and I almost had to beg him to help me. In particular, be satisfied with the accommodation. Congratulations for the terrace that is incredible the view, when I went up they were closing it and a man who was in the reception next to the receptionist kindly did not open them again despite the early morning hours, thank you very much. :)

Pero la ubicación de lo mejor! Salir directamente entre teatro degollado y catedral esta excelente! Si regresaría definitivamente! Identifiqué a un joven de más o menos 25 años, que anda pidiendo ayuda, comprando cigarros con el producto de las limosnas. It is a very beautiful and clean square. The only problem is that there are many people asking for alms. They are young people, who should find work. El personal muy amable con la excepción del chavo joven de las tardes quien tiene un poco de flojera mental. Fuera de eso pues la gente muy bien y amable. Pero le pongo 3 estrellas porque (1) la limpieza del baño es un tema que tienen que atender y (2) porque a la ventana de mi cuarto le faltaba un cristal cuando llegué y entraba mucho ruido y frio. Pedí unas cobijas extra y todo bien y ya luego lo arreglaron, pero hasta la 3ra noche. Obviously very well located. The underground parking is directly opposite and is safe. Very friendly staff with the exception of the young guy in the afternoon who has a bit of mental laziness. Outside of that then the people are very good and kind. But I give it 3 stars because (1) the cleanliness of the bathroom is a subject that they have to attend to and (2) because the window of my room was missing a glass when I arrived and it was very noisy and cold. I asked for extra blankets and everything was fine and then they fixed it, but until the 3rd night.

It is a comfortable place, the friendly treatment, excellent service in the center, with always clean rooms, you rest well and quietly, in any room you have a window that always gives you an air of freshness.
