Good price and service and very clean facilities as well as the rooms and the beautiful pool plus the fountain that is small but attractive.

Groseras y poco eficientes, se reservaron dos habitaciones de mi familia y por cuestiones de COVID tuve que cancelar una y me mandaron un correo de que se haría la devolución del dinero, ya pasó casi un mes de esto y en lugar de dar soluciones solo se portan cada vez más groseros y solo dan el avión y golpeado aunque uno les hable con educación....
Lousy care receptionists ... rude and inefficient, two rooms for my family and for issues COVID had to cancel and they sent me an email that the return of the money would be set aside, and spent nearly a month of this and instead of giving only solutions behave increasingly rude and just give the plane and hit them even if you speak politely ....

Good place and good price, they need to improve on the issue that some rooms do not work for air / C but they warned us before

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not worth the high price with so many better options around at that price range, was promised free breakfast at check-in, next morning nothing. One eceptionist (evening) very kind/professional the other one (morning) very rude. Now for the rooms...old all around, faulty a/c, broken knobs on shower doors. All in all stay was ok...but way better options out there
