★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen hotel para pasar una o dos noches. Habitación amplia, limpia, aire acondicionado. A disposición un refrigerado. A unos pasos de la costera, excelente ubicación, y sobre todo muy buena tarifa. Fui a Acapulco por cuestiones de trabajo y sin duda me hospedaría nuevamente en este hotel.
Good hotel to spend one or two nights. Room spacious, clean, air conditioning. At disposal a refrigerated. A few steps from the coast, excellent location, and above all very good rate. I went to Acapulco for work and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal muy agradable y atento. Las habitaciones muy limpias, la alberca de agua muy transparente y aunque esta pegado a la costera casi no entra ruido a los cuartos. Lo recomiendo porque es un servicio de 5 estrellas siendo de 3.
Staff very nice and attentive. The rooms are very clean, the pool with very transparent water and although it is attached to the coast, almost no noise enters the rooms. I recommend it because it is a 5 star service being 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. The AC unit was really loud, the toilet seat was loose and the bathroom sink was clogged. When I informed management of these issues she seemed bothered. Two of the issues were resolved however the next day we were informed that our room had been booked and had to check out in a couple days or could stay but had to pay more. We left the next day before check out time!
