Ants everywhere, dirty sheets, and the loudest AC ever. The pictures are old, the pool is gross and the BBQs are closed. It wouldn't have been so bad if the room was cleaner.

No Wifi! You can't get wifi signal in your room. You have to go outside in the pool area and even then, it goes in and out. The beds are so hard you will be aching every morning! Also if you enjoy sleep don't go here. We were there Memorial day weekend (yes we left today) and there was rowdy loud uncontrollable crowds of people at the pool and loud music blaring.

Run down, old but clean. Pool needs attemtion. Beds clean but not for comfort seekers. We paid 65 a night for 2 queen beds. Door locks not ideal, cause very cheap chain lock but door can be opened from the outside... No breakfast or drinks. Overall, clean, cheap.

There is no heat in the rooms. The TV did not work. The water does not get hot, just luke warm at best. The "hot tub" mentioned in comments is actually a wading pool for kids. Neither that nor the main pool are heated. The roof access was gated and locked. The room we had was very small - my parter and I felt like we were in a shoebox. Worth mentioning also is that the walls are very thin so there is little sense of privacy. On a more positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful. More blankets were provided when I complained about the cold. I loved the architecture. The grounds are gated and there is only one entrance which does help with safety. The price was a reasonable $50/night after tax.

It's a descent place for the price. Needs lots of TLC maintenance, repairs. So for sleeping, changing clothes and getting around Penasco, it's good. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Love coming here if it's for a fast get away, love their reasonable prices per night staff are very helpful and nice. The cleaning ladies even went beyond their job and folded our personal blankets and my little girls clothing. Thank you to them. I love how we can bring food and drinks outside by the pool. I felt safe inside their parking lot. I really recommend this place if you just want a place to sleep and head out to the beach or anywhere else rooms are clean and A/C worked awesome loved it!! Not fancy but very humble, comfortable, and great staffing. I've stayed at the peñasco del sol beach front and their rooms are worse, just by saying that their showers don't have a shower curtain and this place did. I also love that they have a outside showered to rinse off and bathrooms outside by pool area. I stayed in a 3 bed with two rooms one bathroom one tv Mini split oh and yeah there was space to put my make-up clothes bags etc. There's also cameras for security I believe in the hallways and maybe by front area. I left a deposit for the remote control for tv. And A/C mini split and got it back when I returned them including the room keys. Also it's awesome when you don't have to leave a deposit when booking online it's more of a pay upfront. You can pay in pesos or dollars ?.

No English TV channels and pool was unavailable due to maintenance of some sort. Otherwise you get what you pay for. 50 bucks US dollars I guess was OK.

The rooms were pretty plain and the locks were basic. The guy who booked us put us next to the office to watch us since it was just girls. Amazing hot showers. There was a cricket on the floor and no heaters. The TV is super tiny and has only like 15 channels. I think they should brighten the rooms with some pictures and maybe a mini fridge and a new nice shower head and more towels and update the paint and sheets. So basically the theme. Don't book online cause they will still ask for a card and make you pay before you leave.
